When will I receive my order?

QuickShip Items: Items designated as "Quick Ship" will ship from one of our fulfillment centers. These items ship within 2 business days of purchase. You will usually receive these items in 3 to 5 business days. Most other items ship in 3 to 10 days from the manufacturer. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for final delivery. Times may increase as holidays approach. This does not apply to Quick Ship items (see above.) “Usually ships in” is provided as an estimate of when that product generally ships from the vendor based on our past experience. This time may vary depending on the shipping company, inventory levels or production schedules which can change without notice. “Arrival times” to you will vary depending on the destination. 514

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

No, unless you are purchasing in Michigan and then Michigan's 6% sales tax will be added at checkout. If you are tax exempt, please supply your tax exemption information on your PO. Or, if you place your order on our site, please add tax expempt information when you add your billing and shipping information.82515

What is the quality of your merchandise?

WC Enterprises is proud to offer high quality, safe, stable products to divide your space or afford more privacy. If on rolling casters, the casters lock for safety. Each hinge or piece of hardware is designed for "no pinching" and flexibility or sturdiness, depending on its use. Each product is well-researched for durability, stability and effectiveness of purpose.479

How does your shipping & customer service compare to other web sites?

We do everything possible to make sure that your purchasing experience is fantastic. Our chairs ship faster than most other web sites. This is especially true with our Quick Ship Items. How will my order be shipped?

Orders under 70 pounds will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express Ground Service. The tracking number will be sent to you via email. Most kid furniture and educational materials fall into this category. Larger items will ship via common freight carrier.519

Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee?

What if I want to return the product?

If you order something and it arrives as ordered but you decide you want or need to return it, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including return charges. You must contact us within two weeks to return these items. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping (both ways). In some cases, you will be charged a restocking fee of 25% by the manufacturer. The restocking fee may be waived in the case of an exchange. So, if you're not sure about a color or a size, please ask. We want to help you make your purchase exactly what you want on the first try. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may request pictures of the original packaging and the product itself to determine severity of damage and also whether responsibility lies with the carrier or with the manufacturer. In the case of verified damage, a prompt replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you.504

How is my information secured?

We take protection of your information very seriously. Our web site uses the Secure Socket Layer, SSL, protocol to encrypt all of your ordering information before it is sent over the Internet. Our third party verification is done by a world leader in the security industry, Comodo Digital Certificates. In addition, sensitive information such as credit card numbers are encrypted on our server using the industry standard 128 bit encryption.
